We accept refund or replacement requests for:
  • Damaged items upon delivery (with photo proof)
  • Incorrect items received
  • Items not delivered within 40 business days
To request a refund or replacement:
Email us at support@solarmapstore.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
Non-refundable situations:
  • Buyer’s remorse or order mistakes
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to appear in your account once approved.
